Popular music from Latin America performed with extraordinary passion by this unique ensemble of piano, violin and cello. Drawing on the familiar Samba, Bolero and Tango as well as less well-known rhythms such as Pasillo and Joropo, this ensemble entertains and delights their audiences with their own arrangements of appealing and beautiful music from Latin America.

These incredibly romantic songs have been used for dancing and wooing for many years across Latin America and the Caribbean and are presented here in new and ground-breaking arrangements. The trio have developed new interpretations of the serenades and songs of the Fiesta; the unique style they evolved brings together traditional Latin-American melodies and rhythms with classical techniques to produce a phenomenal new sound. Making extensive use of their own arrangements, alongside vibrant new compositions, their music is that of passion, love, hope and despair and has been hailed by audiences world-wide.

It is music with an extraordinary appeal to people from all cultural backgrounds, which is largely due to the universal nature of its message. The idea of love features frequently in these songs, as does that of simply having a good time. It is this uncomplicated approach, combined with memorable tunes and catchy rhythms, which makes this music so accessible. It is music for all people.

Formed in Cambridge in 1997,  this ensemble has performed throughout the UK and Europe in venues as diverse as St. John's, Smith Square and Schloss Schadau in Switzerland. On their recent tour of Colombia they sold out the Bogota Opera House.
